Makurumure and Partners operates in full compliance with the Law Society of Zimbabwe. All practitioners maintain valid practising certificates, and client funds are safeguarded in a designated Trust Account. Annual audits are conducted by Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe to ensure transparency.
Our Fee Policy is guided by the Law Society of Zimbabwe Tariff, ensuring fairness and accountability. Factors such as the complexity and importance of a case, as well as practitioner experience, are considered in determining fees. Specific legal tasks, including agreements of sale, leases, name changes, and company formations, have set fees. Conveyancing fees follow the Conveyancing Tariff established by the Law Society.
We strive to maintain transparent and reasonable charges, ensuring every payment is receipted to protect both client and firm reputation. Disbursements such as Stamp Duty or Messenger of Court costs are clearly itemized.
